The service

ModelMinder is an AI model deprecation radar. It tracks provider deprecation signals for the AI models your product depends on, alerts you before shutdowns and renames, maps your per-model dependency graph, scores sunset risk, and lets you prove replacement models with migration evals before you switch production traffic. The free tier is available to everyone; Indie and Team plans add capacity and features as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for assets you own or are authorized to analyze. You agree not to: abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it, resell access without permission, submit content you have no right to share, or use scans or evals against systems you do not own or are not authorized to test. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans & billing

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed for the term you selected; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by contacting avilanatanael640@gmail.com — access continues until the end of the paid period. License keys are redeemed on the billing page and are tied to the workspace they were issued to.

Accuracy disclaimer

Deprecation statuses are curated starting points with review dates, not guarantees. Providers change plans without notice, and our signals can lag or miss an announcement. Always verify against the provider's official documentation before migrating production traffic. ModelMinder is an early-warning radar, not a warranty.

Intellectual property

The service, its design, and its content (excluding your submitted data) belong to Ingenious AI. You retain all rights to the prompts, code, and data you submit; we use them only to operate the service for you.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including downtime caused by a model shutdown we did not catch in time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time via avilanatanael640@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
