The problem

Every production AI feature sits on top of a model ID — gpt-4-0613, claude-3-sonnet-20240229, text-embedding-ada-002 — and model providers retire those IDs on their own schedules. One quiet changelog entry and your signup flow, support bot, or video pipeline starts failing at 3 a.m. ModelMinder exists so that never happens silently: it watches provider deprecation signals and alerts you before the shutdown date.

What it does

• Deprecation radar: register the AI models your product depends on and get alerted before shutdowns, renames, and tier cuts.
• Dependency graph: see exactly which of your prompts depend on each model, so you know your blast radius at a glance.
• Sunset Risk Score: a transparent 0–100 score on every catalog model, based on observable signals — age, announcement history, provider patterns.
• Migration evals: run your saved prompts against a replacement model through any OpenAI-compatible endpoint and get deterministic diffs with pass / attention / fail verdicts — proof the replacement works before you cut over.
• Shutdown calendar: every shutdown date as an ICS feed with 30/7/1-day reminders, plus an RSS feed of deprecation signals.
